Terms of Service

Eligibility and agreement

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use or book through Find My Oracle. You must provide accurate information and may use the service only for yourself or with the informed permission of the person for whom you are arranging a session.

What the service provides

Find My Oracle helps customers discover and schedule live sessions with independent readers, psychics, and guides. True Self Alchemy curates the platform, collects customer payment, communicates booking details, and supports the booking. A reader is responsible for the content and delivery of their session.

A reader is not your employee, doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser, or emergency service. Nothing on the service creates a professional-client, fiduciary, medical, legal, or financial-advisory relationship.

Guidance and entertainment only

Readings are subjective and are offered for personal reflection, guidance, and entertainment. We do not promise that a prediction, interpretation, result, or outcome will be accurate or occur. Do not use a reading as a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice, or as the sole basis for a significant decision.

If you may harm yourself or another person, are experiencing abuse, or face a medical or other emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis professional instead of using Find My Oracle.

Bookings, payment, and welcome offers

Available readers, times, session lengths, prices, and formats are shown before checkout. Payment is collected in U.S. dollars through Stripe. A booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds and we send or display confirmation.

A first-booking offer, when displayed, adds the stated number of minutes to an eligible customer's first completed reading at no additional charge. It is not a cash discount, has no separate monetary value, cannot be transferred, and applies only when the checkout and confirmation show it. We may change or end future promotional offers, but we will honor an offer already included in a confirmed booking.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

You may request free rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Late cancellations and customer no-shows are normally non-refundable. If a reader cancels, does not attend, or a platform-controlled problem prevents the session, we will offer a reasonable rebooking or a full refund.

Eligible first sessions are covered by the satisfaction guarantee described in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Privacy and session information

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. The optional question you submit may be shared with your selected reader and authorized team members so they can prepare and support the booking. Find My Oracle does not record live sessions, but conversations are not professionally privileged. Do not record a session without every participant's prior consent and compliance with applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law; threaten, harass, exploit, or impersonate anyone; seek or disclose another person's highly sensitive information without permission; interfere with the service; evade payment; scrape or resell platform content; introduce malicious code; or attempt unauthorized access. We may refuse, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, readers, the service, or others.

Ownership and third-party services

Find My Oracle, its design, text, software, branding, and platform content are owned by True Self Alchemy or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The service uses third parties including Stripe and video-meeting providers. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control. Links to other services do not mean we endorse every statement or practice on them.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, any particular reading outcome, or that a reader's statements will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Self Alchemy and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on a reading. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid through Find My Oracle in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

Disputes and applicable law

Before filing a formal claim, please email coordinator@trueselfalchemy.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state in which True Self Alchemy has its principal place of business, without overriding consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Any permitted court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the dispute.

Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the service. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and may also be communicated through the service or by email. Terms accepted for a completed purchase continue to govern that purchase. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
