Privacy Policy
This policy explains how True Self Alchemy, operating Find My Oracle, handles information when you visit, apply to become a reader, or book a session.
Effective August 20, 2026
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, including:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Booking information, including the reader, appointment time, timezone, session length, and the optional question you want to explore.
- Reader information, such as profile details, biography, photograph, availability, meeting preferences, application information, and payout records.
- Support communications, including issue reports and messages you send us.
- Transaction information, such as payment status, amount, Stripe identifiers, refunds, and booking history. Stripe processes card details; Find My Oracle does not store full payment-card numbers.
Our systems may also receive basic technical information such as IP-derived security identifiers, browser or device information, request timestamps, and pages requested. We use this information to operate and protect the service, not for behavioral advertising.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide and administer Find My Oracle, arrange and deliver sessions, process payments and refunds, communicate confirmations and reminders, support customers and readers, prevent abuse, keep financial and operational records, improve the service, and comply with law.
Please avoid putting information in the optional booking question that a reader does not need to prepare for your session, such as account numbers, government identifiers, passwords, or another person's confidential information.
When information is shared
Your selected reader receives the contact and booking details needed to deliver the session, including your written question if you provide one. Authorized True Self Alchemy team members may access booking information to operate the platform, provide support, investigate issues, and handle refunds.
We also use service providers that process information for us, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and image storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and the video or meeting provider used for a session. Reader applications may be collected through Google Forms. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, obtain professional advice, or complete a financing, merger, sale, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Sessions and confidentiality
Find My Oracle does not provide a session-recording feature and does not record live readings. A live conversation is intended for the customer and reader, but it is not legally privileged in the way a conversation with a lawyer or licensed medical professional may be. A third-party meeting provider carries the audio or video and may process technical connection information under its own policy.
Cookies and local storage
We use a secure session cookie to keep readers and team members signed in. We also use browser local storage to remember a visitor's light or dark theme. These technologies are used for requested functionality. We do not currently place advertising or third-party analytics cookies on Find My Oracle. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide controls required by applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the service and meet operational, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal needs. Retention can vary by record type. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from ordinary use, unless law requires longer retention.
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and state privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. Depending on where you live and whether an applicable state privacy law covers us, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, appeal a denied request, or opt out of certain uses. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Email coordinator@trueselfalchemy.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits it.
Some browsers send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. Because we do not currently sell, share for cross-context behavioral advertising, or run behavioral advertising trackers, there is no advertising use to opt out of on this service.
Age and location
Find My Oracle is for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the service from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We operate from the United States and use providers that may process information in the United States or other countries. If we begin intentionally offering the service in a jurisdiction requiring additional notices or rights, we will update our practices and disclosures.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will post the updated version here and change its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
Questions or requests can be sent to coordinator@trueselfalchemy.com.
